Paolo Braghieri
Based in Milan, Paolo is fluent in both Italian and English, with extensive experience in the international financial services industry, focussed predominantly in Italy. He was most recently CEO of Interbanca, both before and during it’s acquisition by GE Capital. Prior to joining Interbanca in 2004, Paolo acted as Italy country manager for ABN AMRO and Credit Suisse First Boston after beginning his career in Chase Manhattan Bank.
In addition to in-depth experience of the Italian financial services market as a regional General Manager, Paolo’s experience spans some of the largest IPOs and financial services M&A transactions in the last twenty-five years in Italy. Paolo sits on the board of several businesses.
Tania Songini
Based in London, Tania is fluent in six languages and is an experienced commercial Finance Director with diverse in-depth experience encompassing financial, risk and operational management, strategy, M&A and change management in various sectors (Energy, Healthcare, Logistics) and geographies (Europe, USA and Latin America). Tania worked for the last 20 years at Siemens with a career spanning the globe in roles from Management Consultant to Finance Director. Before leaving to start her own advisory business, Tania was most recently the Finance Director of Siemens Energy for the UK and Northwest Europe, a region with GBP 4 billion sales p.a.
Tania is adept at advising on and driving business growth, margin improvement and capital efficiency. She sits on several boards as a non-executive director as well as advising as a consultant.
